Since Ryan's b-day falls on Monday & this Monday happens to be Memorial day, we asked if we could bring cupcakes in today. I had no idea we would need cupcakes for 40+ kids [he's in the big pre-k room which has 2 classes in it]! Luckily, we found these mini-cupcakes for Lauren's birthday...so we just bought those again and they worked out brilliantly. Big enough to be a nice treat, small enough to not ruin lunch or get them wired on sugar!
