Of course, Belle Lambie had to tag along with...Belle Lambie. lol

Luckily, Chloe slept through most of it and Ryan & Kailee decided to see We Bought a Zoo instead, which they loved.

It's the Playoffs, BABY!

The kids were such good sports...didn't whine a bit about having to watch football, instead of Dora. But, we sure do wish Daddy was here to enjoy it with us...

Grandma Visit [random pics]

I didn't take many pics over the last part of her visit. We were pretty busy with the kids getting back into the swing of school [after a long winter break] and the normal chaos, I call life. So here are the pics I did manage...enjoy!

...and the day Grandma flew out was surprisingly warm! After lunch & seeing her off at the Jax airport, we stopped at a park so the Lovins could stretch and Chloe could 'eat'...before the 2 hr drive back to Sav'h.

As always, it was a wonderful visit with my Mom and we look forward to the next time that Grandma [& Pa] get to visit! Hopefully, it won't be too much longer...*hint hint*

Grandma Visit [day 2]

Good morning, Sunshine...NOT! Apparently we were up and at 'em a little too early for the teen of the house...however, we had a fun day planned so it was time to go-go-go. 

 Our 1st stop: Target! It ended up being freakishly cold & windy, after having been a rather mild winter. So we weren't really prepared. But, then it was off tooooooo...

You guessed it, the Aquarium...we squeaked in just days shy of our Membership expiring.

 1st time Grandma has ever fed a stingray.

My kids are pro's though...

 He's getting so brave...usually he needs Daddy's coaxing, but today he jumped right in!

...and if the drive home wasn't long enough, we decided to immediately take down the Christmas tree and drag it out of the house. I told you it was a beast!!!

Grandma Visit [day 1]

Kailee's coming home...and that usually means she's bringing a 'surprise' with her. Otherwise known as...GRANDMA! They ended up flying into Charleston, so we could do a little sightseeing & shopping. They got in rather late, so we decided to stay the night. The kids LOVE staying in hotels...ha, who doesn't!? And, if you ask them...it was probably the highlight of their trip. LOL On a side note: Chloe took her first 'big kid' bath and absolutely loved the water. Uh oh...guess no more teeny tiny tub for her...

 Not only did the Lovins get a grandma surprise, Uncle Danny sent some Christmas presents!

 We facetime'd so he could watch them unwrap their presents...which was made all the easier, because he didn't even bother with tape! LOL

Ryan was so stoked...Uncle Danny picked out the coolest stuff.

It was LATE before we all settled down and headed to bed. But, not before I got my first dose of my mom on Ambien...LMAO...good times!

What a low key night. Ha. Like we ever [really] party...but this New Years Eve was spent w/neighbors, sipping Cupcake, munching goodies, roasting Marshmallows and lighting sparklers for the kids.
