30-Something...

So, like a month ago I officially hit..."30-something"...31 to be exact. My morning started out by waking up to THE BEST Birthday present...ever! And the day only got better from there, when Fred left work early & picked up some Starbucks & beautiful flowers.

He & Lambie quickly got to work on my Birthday Cake!

I'm gonna lick it... ...even without the frosting they were so moist & delish! Frosting is serious business!

Time for candles...the cakes not big enough, Daddy!

But, before they let me dig into the cake...we chowed down on the Hubby's DELISH lettuce wraps & fried rice.

If your hubby cooked like mine, you wouldn't eat out either! ;]

Since Kai Bear was outa town on my Birthday, we headed to The Cheesecake Factory to celebrate after picking her up from the airport! BREATHE Lambie!

This time, last year...the Lovins & I were watching Nemo on Ice, trying to keep our minds off the fact that Daddy had JUST left. So this year, when I found out it was Princesses...I knew we just had to go again. The 10:00am show on Thursday was perfect. It gave Lambie & I something special to do while the big loves were in school. Even though she wasn't feeling too hot, she still had a blast and I actually REALLY enjoyed myself!!!

Children's Book Festival 2010

Haha...so just when I thought I was getting on top of the blogging, life has other ideas! Which is fine, cause we certainly don't mind the chaos...but, now I'm over a week behind for the first time in the history of blogging. [I think, I'm pretty sure?!] I really can't believe it...lol

As always, there was plenty to see...lol

After the crafts and buying a couple books, we headed to the overly packed playground to burn off some more energy before heading home!

He's so crafty. A random piece of tanbark he thought made a perfect witches nose!
