4th of July weekend!

The first time, since we've been here...that Hunter AAF has put on any kind of 4th of July festivities. We just went for the fireworks...but there was lots to do, face painting, rock walls & bounce houses, petting zoo's...etc. I was pretty impressed!

We weren't planning on doing anything on the 4th, since we had spent the night before out celebrating & watching the fireworks. But, I got a random text late Sat. night [thx Shawna] suggesting a Sand Gnats game. We have yet to go this season, so I thought it sounded like a great idea...fireworks and free food for the kiddo's definitely sweetened the deal! LOL

Our fault for sitting so close to the field...lol Hope everyone had a fabulous 4th of July. We definitely enjoyed ourselves...however, all the while missing our Hero! We love you so much, Knuckles...stay safe.
