Picnic in the Park w/Mercer

So, Johnny Mercer is kind of a big deal around these parts...so every year they have this "Picnic in the Park". You can come out and listen to the live bands, spread out a blanket & relax on one of Forsyths sprawling fields, eat, drink...etc! This is our first year going and it was a blast! We met up with Naima, Mo & Jad. Who introduced us to Melissa, Jack & Bella. [a couple other couples ended up joining us from time to time] To say the least...it was a really great group of people!

We left the house at 2:30 and didn't get home till 8:30! It was an amazingly awesome day at Forsyth, I hope we can get together with this group again...good food & great conversation! The gorgeous weather didn't last long...it's been raining since late last night, and it doesn't look like it's letting up anytime soon!
