Wednesday @ Hull Park

...Is becoming a weekly event these days! Which is fine by me, cause the number of kids from Ryan's pre-k class last year, just keeps growing with every visit. He definitely loves seeing all the familiar faces and especially loves seeing Miss Brooke!!! But, the craziest part of our day was getting home in time to avoid being soaked in a random thunderstorm, that knocked out our power just long enough to kick me off line. [how annoying, lol]
Am I doing the 'Robot'!? Lambie spilling OJ on Brooke k, 1...2...3...RUN...or drag, whatever! The Crew [minus Shelby & Anabrooke & another little boy] So...Ry spent the night with Brooke! Check out the kinda smut she lets him read... [lmao...boys will be boys] Brookie Love Pics will be [have been] updated later[now]...
[I'm waiting on a few from Brooke!]
Thanks for the pics, Brooke! You are gonna make a wonderful Mamarazzi one day! ;]

Storytime @ the Library

Storytime at the Library is always a good time! The kids actually sit through the stories & they love to get up and sing & dance. Shaking their instruments...& their groove thang!
Ry loves getting a sticker at the end...
After Storytime we walked through the parking lot & over to the mall for alittle SoftPlay fun & DEFINITELY some Starbucks!
[Random B&W's]
Ryan is so strange...but, that's why we love him!
Liliana Leaping
Chillaxin...eatin' pretzels...Go ahead guys...make yourself at home!
[geez]
I didn't see much of Lambie...she was off playing, running, being crazy.
AH HA...Gotcha!
After the softplay we headed home for lunch and naps...and later in the evening, as we waited for Brooke to arrive, the lovins & I headed outside for some yummy popsicles.
If only this thing actually mowed lawns...
And lucky for Mommy, we weren't the only ones outside...so I chatted it up with Shawna & Lindsay as the kiddo's played!
We haven't seen Brooke since last week...so we were due for a visit! Fred has mastered his Lettuce Wraps recipe...SO freakin' yummy and of course there was a pitcher of Sangria involved, while we laughed our @sses off watching Jo Koy!
Ry fell asleep while snuggin'!

Dodgers in ATL

So we try to catch a couple Braves games every season...but, THIS series...we just HAD to attend! The Dodgers were coming to town...and if you didn't know...Fred grew up right outside LA and has been a HUGE Dodgers fan, all his life...So, I don't know how he missed this, but he didn't tell me until the day before the series started! UGH...how am I supposed to get good seats for the 4 of us?! Well after the Braves ticket thing cut me off for 'maintenance' at 2am...we weighed our options! Take the kids...or get a sitter & pay her the $$ we'd be spending on another ticket! It wasn't an easy decision...but with another deployment looming & considering I haven't spent more than 10 consecutive hours away from Lauren since she was born in 2007...this 'day date' was a welcome idea! But, I have to admit that the 3+hour drive is way more entertaining with the kids around...but, I did get a few random pics while sitting in ATL traffic!
Where are we?! Mayberry!? We left the house at 11:30am...we didn't get to our seats [12 rows behind the Dodgers dugout] till part way through the first inning! Atlanta traffic SUCKS!
Love him or Hate him... Ethier's HOMER Torre.Mattingly.Schaffer [Legends]
...more Manny!
Juan Pierre
[LOVE the socks, he rocks 'em Old Skool]
Well, it was hard to be upset that the Dodgers lost [3-4]...cause Fred & I were having an amazing time, just the two of us! We detoured over to Trader Joe's for a few bottles of 2 buck Chuck, LOTS of cookies and some organic lollipops for the Lovins! Then headed to Atlantic Station for a late din din. We drive past this place everytime we go to Ikea, but have yet to check it out. Since it was already so late & we still had the drive home to look forward to, we ate at the first place that came along...Lucky for us it was California Pizza Kitchen...Mmm Mmm, HOME! After starting w/lettuce wraps & tortilla soup...this 1/2 salad was gianormous! Fred with his Greek pizza had plenty to take home...
Welp...there was nothing left to do, but drive home...
